Scholarships and Awards
International Postgraduate Scholarship
International Postgraduate Scholarship (IPS), which is competitive with limited quota, is offered to outstanding international students. Scholarship recipients will get full tuition waiver plus HK$100,000 living allowance (Approx. US$12,820). Eligible international applicants from countries/ regions outside the mainland China, Macau and Hong Kong will be automatically considered for the scholarship based on their all-round record and interview performance. The scholarship recipients will receive special/additional notice if the admission offer is provided with IPS.
HKBU MHRM Award Scheme
All eligible applicants or students will be considered for the award or scholarships simultaneously. A separate application for the award or scholarship is not required.

| Hong Kong Future Talents Scholarship Scheme for Advanced Studies (FTSS) (New) | The UGC (University Grants Committee) offers the Hong Kong Future Talents Scholarship Scheme for Advanced Studies (FTSS) for LOCAL students enrolled in the Master of Human Resources Management programme. Scholarships are awarded on a merit basis, taking into account students' academic achievements, professional qualifications, relevant working experience and achievements in other areas. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit a personal statement describing how they can contribute to Hong Kong’s development in the designated priority area upon graduation. | Service and Sustainability Scholarship | The Service and Sustainability Scholarship is offered to support and empower local students who are currently employed in an NGO or a social enterprise, and have at least one year of experience in such organisations to further their education and enhance their impact in the field. The award is available to a maximum of five local students upon successful enrolment to the programme on a first-come, first-served basis. | 5 | HK$20,000 |
| HKBU Alumni Entrance Award | The HKBU Alumni Entrance Award aims to encourage our HKBU Bachelor's Degree alumni to pursue continuous learning. The award is available to a maximum of three HKBU Bachelor’s Degree alumni with the highest cumulative GPA, and with an overall degree standing not lower than Second Class Honour Division I. | 3 | HK$10,000 |
| Graduation Academic Award | The Graduation Academic Award is designed to reward students who have attained excellent scholastic performance in their MHRM study at HKBU. The award is available to the top 3 students who have attained a cGPA of 3.4 or above, with no repeated course and no course grades below B-. | 3 | HK$8,000 |
