Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD)

This programme is mapped against the CIPD’s core knowledge and core behavioural standards of the Profession Map to the Chartered level standards. As the CIPD Approved Centre, MHRM students are required to join as a CIPD Student Member throughout their studies in order to gain CIPD Associate membership. On successful completion of MHRM programme, graduates will gain CIPD Associate membership and will be eligible to upgrade to either Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow providing they are able to demonstrate the relevant skills and behaviours in accordance with the membership criteria for these levels.

How to achieve CIPD Associate Membership:
  1. Register for CIPD student membership during MHRM study (If you are already a CIPD member, you will need to declare your study for MHRM as well)

  2. Complete the required CIPD courses for the programme

  3. Upon graduation, you will be upgraded as Associate member of CIPD

Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM)

MHRM is a HKIHRM fully endorsed programme. Our MHRM graduates are eligible to become the Institute's Associate Members.

MHRM is Level 6 programme under the Qualifications Framework (QF), which is set up by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. QF is a qualification structure designed to order and support qualifications in the academic, vocational and continuing education sectors.
